1. Demo notice
This preview contains fictional schools, staff, students and results. Nothing here represents a real institution or child.
2. School accounts
Each registered school is a separate tenant. The school controls who is invited and approved, and remains the owner of its records.
3. Access
Authenticating with an identity provider verifies identity only. Access to a school's data requires explicit approval by that school's administrator.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another school's records, share credentials, or upload unlawful content. Attempts to alter a school identifier to reach other records are treated as security incidents.
5. Data ownership and export
The school owns its data. Export is available at any time, and legally required student records remain exportable even after subscription changes.

7. Availability and support
Support tickets can be raised from the school admin portal. Maintenance windows are announced through platform banners.
